Not Clean
Hotel had usual amenities but it was not clean. There were stains on the carpet and upholstery. There was mold in the bathroom.

Needs Improvement
Housekeeping never came to my room after staying 2 nights, had to go to front desk for fresh linens and kleenex. No waffles at breakfast as advertised. The indoor pool is very small and the hot tub is slimey. The entire hotel smelled like an ash tray. The room was comfortable and set up like an apartment, great for kids. 30 minute drive to beach, but 1 exit from waterpark and outlet malls. Alot of truckers and military stay there and kinda in the middle of nowhere.

the hotel was very convenient and located near outlet mall and water attractions and a very comfortable environment.
