Hotel Tornabuoni Beacci
This hoel was a delight. While an older building with antique furnishings, they were useful, comfortable and well maintained. Nice bathroom toiletries. All of the rooms are different and I got to peak into a few. We had a back of building -no view but quiet. The breakfast was very nice but could get crowded in the dining room. In warm weather the patio looked like it would be delightful to eat out on. Several lounges and hidden patios. I wish I had had more time to explore the nooks and crannies. Consierge service was very attentive and helpful with all types of recommendations. They made reservations and got us into the Uffizi when our tour was cancelled.

Beautiful hotel - central but quiet
Although it was very near the central attractions, this was a very quiet hotel. The staff were great and always available. There’s a beautiful garden roof terrace, with a quaint tower overlooking the city - perfect for a lazy breakfast! The room was large and comfortable with period furniture. I would certainly recommend it!

Hits above its weight great value great hotel
The hotel was very spacious and well appointed and was less than ten minutes walk from the bus station. Our twin bedded standard room had generous clothes storage and good ensuit facilities. A drink on the roof terrace is a great way to start and end your evening with panoramic views. Excellent breakfast - much better than the usual ’continental’ experienced around the EU.
Make sure you ask hotel reception to book your reservation for the main museums - otherwise you will queue for hours!
