Lovely hotel, definitely recommended
Luxurious hotel, 139ish rooms on 6 floors so intimate too. Club seaview upgrade definitely worth it as gives access to Club Lounge on top floor with wonderfully helpful staff, breakfast, delicious little snacks at lunchtime, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. Only criticism, rooms non-smoking but our room had smoky smell. Didn’t bother to try to change as everything else so lovely. Malls/creek 20-25 mins away by taxi but work the extra time travelling. Taxis regulated and not expensive.

Gold souk fun, did not feel threatened by other "entrepreneurs".Spice/textile souks smaller than expected. Water taxi ride good fun. Dinner cruise on douhl on creek nice way to spend an evening. Dubai Mall (world’s biggest)acquarium, waterfalls, ice rink, hundreds of shops, Mall of the Emirates smaller with indoor ski slope with alpine lodge. Pierchic - lovely fish restaurant on pier overlooking Birj Hotel.

For service and luxury stay here !!
You assume when you hear the name Ritz to expect great service and this hotel doesn’t disappoint. From the moment you get there you are treated like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were polite and helpful. I’ve been in some of the worlds top class hotel, but this is something special. Stay here if you want the best.
