Nice Hotel 10 min away form center
Only 10 min away from city center by tram, which stops in front of hotel. Our room has been upgraded from Deluxe to Suite for free. Room was big enough for a couple and it was clean. Clean towels every day (but no carpet vacuuming, so if you drop something make sure you can easily find it even after 5 nights). Besides-if you go to visit Hong Kong ask yourself how much time will you spend in the hotel? So if you just sleep there I truly recommend this hotel. Breakfast buffet is very nice and tasty. Service staff very nice and helpful. We did not use a Fitness center but we saw it - small room with 2 numbers of "running track" and 2 numbers of "bicycle". No WiFi in the hotel, but you can use 1 of 3 computers on 3 floor with internet connection (unfortunately too expensive) Overall -OK

Nice Hotel
Very nice rooms, 4 stars equal. The look out you should rather avoid because the street is very dirty. The hotel is placed in Hong Kong West part, what is not in very center however the transport system is great and you can easily reach the Central or Admiraliti by tram, which is two HK$ (for one travel).

Poorly trained staff
Great rooms but the staff for me were bordering on rude. But if you keep your interactions with them to a minimum, its a great place to stay
