"Exactly what I wanted"
My wife and I wanted a modestly priced room that would be convenient to Brown University. We did not expect elaborate accomodations; we were not paying for that. We got a nice, modestly sized, very clean room, with all of the usual expected features (e.g., TV,phone). The people at the front desk were cordial, competent and helpful. We were within a 10 minute drive of Brown, and there was a drug store and grocery store nearby, as well as many places to eat. We also had free, wireless internet access.

Fine ofr the price
This is an inexpensive hotel. That being said I find the room neet and clean when I got there. Everything worked, and the internet service was an easy hook up. It is in a very commercial district, but set far back enough from the road that noise was not an issue. For a night or two I found this hotel to be a fine inexpensive choice

This is a friendly place in a perfect location for taking your child to school; great little pool!
