Nice but can be better

Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and steady, staffs are polite and helpful, hotel facilities and comfort are the areas that need to be improved.

Traveller's tip on nightlife

Forget about walking, you definitely need a car to move around the highland. On Friday and Saturday evening, there is a night market(similar to farmer market) in nearby Brinchang town that you can buy souvenirs, food and even fresh veges.

Don’t bother!

A tired and delapidated hotel with staff who neither knew or cared about what they were doing. Grossly overpriced rooms with decor that resembled something out of a secondhand furniture shop. Views are spectacular, but that is the only good thing that can be said for the hotel!

We would stay here again

Very large, clean and comfortable bedroom with separate tv/lounge/reception room and a small balcony from each window (3 in total). Fab views of the Highlands from the large windows - a very bright room. Staff very polite and helpfull.
