Excellent Hotel
Excellent hotel lovely rooms lovely staff very comfy bed and good in room tvs! Breakfast was lovely and huge! The egg bar was probably a good idea if not too busy but seemed a bit silly to queue for ages for a fryed egg when lots of people waiting and one man working the fryer. Overall lovely hotel very near the station and Bull ring will definately stay there again!

Would definitely go back
We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson as it was in a great location very close to the shops and Birmingham New Street Station. Also the room was beautiful and a lot bigger than we expected! The only negative point to mention was that the bed was a little too soft so it wasn’t to our taste. There were a lot of facilities available in the hotel such as a gym, a business centre and restaurant. As we were staying for a short time we only had opportunity to visit the restaurant which was very quick in serving. We would definitely go back to the hotel on our next visit.

Good location, smart hotel
The hotel was well located and I was greeted by the friendly staff Immediately. My room was ready when I arrvied and I was well equiped with Tea and coffee. The room was large and spacious with a great view overlooking Birmingham. The bar was a little expensive and the price of the breakfast (room service) was a little too high, but as the hotel is in the middle of birmingham there are plenty of places to pick up a hearty breakfast from at half the price. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay again.
Traveller's tip on shopping
If you plan to shop then the hotel is well located near the Bull Ring. The shopping centre is a 5 minute walk away, perfect.
