Knowledgeable Friendly Staff
Hotel Tivoli is nice, clean and on Lisbon’s grandest street. An 8-10 minute walk to the main tourist area. Staff all speaks English and is very helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. I would stay at Tivoli again but might also consider Hotels a bit closer to the water and main squares.

Exceeded my high expectations
The hotel lived up to its 5-star rating. The service was excellent, the restaurant was good, teh room was comfortable and the location was convenient for sightseeing.

Central Location Excellent Value
This is a very good hotel centrally located with all the service levels you would expect The Staff are extremely helpful and efficient and I would find it hard to criticise apart for the ludicrous Wi Fi charges no hotel should charge for this but €22 per day from Swissco is a joke.
