Excellent for the Inner Harbor
Very pleased. Close to the Inner Harbor without the high prices. Will stay again.

All was fine until.................
Everything was very nice until the next morning when we tried to take a shower. There was NO hot water for a shower/bath. The water from the sink faucet was hot but not in the shower. Called desk. Maintenance came and said they had a big job to fix it. Said would get us another room to shower. Never heard from anyone. So we took cold showers. On checkout, we were told the hotel manager would call us and give us a comp room anywhere. I have not heard YET!!!

BWI gem
As experienced before, the hotel lived up to expectations. Personnel were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable. I have returned several times with the same good experience.
