Good rooms. Restaurant could be better.
Rooms were very good. Restaurant basically didn’t any good food. And there is no complimentary b’fast.

Needs Improvement, Never staying there again
The hotel needs renovations. I have stayed at the Doubletree before in Charlotte and it was great, but this hotel gives it a bad name. When I reserved the room it specified King size bed with pull out sofa bed. I did not get the sofa bed. I contacted the front desk to let them know and was told that they where sold out. I was ok with that. I requested a cott, which I never received. I also requested a extra towel and wash cloth , which I never received. The hotel is in a mall, but the loitering even after the mall was closed was ridiculous. Broken bottles in the parking lot etc. The balcony is really not a balcony at all. One of our pillows had a very visible stain on it. Unbelievable. I will never stay at this hotel again.
