Location worked out for us.
Hotel is nicely located. The staff is super nice. Parking is limited, so you may have to park across the street if arriving late. Not a problem on weekends, but on weekdays you have to move your car by 9am. Nice hotel. Has free wi-fi and breakfast.

Great Stay
Absolutely wonderful hotel. They had everything that they described on their website and on hotels.com. Continental breakfast, free wireless throughout the hotel, and a "business center" where you can print and surf the web at no extra cost. Stayed there only one night because I was in town for a wedding and I am sure glad I did. Met at reception with great smiles and info. Many restaurants in the area, easy to navigate, not far from the city, great staff, the maintenance crew doesnt come until you check out and most importantly it was quiet, the loudest thing in the room was the air conditioner and that wasn’t loud at all. I would recommend this place to any one it definitely lives up to the Marriot name.

Very clean room
Visited Long Island to visit Stony Brook University with my daughter. When you first walk in the lobby looks very spacious, clean, and modern. The employees were very friendly. Our room was very clean - I was pretty happy with that. The location seemed to be near all the major highways we needed to travel on. I stayed on a weekend, and didn’t have any problems with noise. The only thing that could really be improved is better parking. The parking lot is very small - probably enough for only 25 cars at the most. You may have to park across the street at a tire garage and then move your car by 9am. But overall, I would recommend this hotel - the price is decent.
