Disappointing
I arrived at the Marriot and it was fully booked for rooms w/ two beds. The front desk informed me that I could have a King bed with an air mattress as they had run out of rolling beds. I was assured that the air mattress was comfortable. So, I checked in. Not only was the air mattress not comfortable but there wasn’t even enough room for it. Furthermore, it was not properly inflated and did not include a pump. After this horrible experience, we left the hotel and stayed somewhere else. There are nicer hotels 10 miles from downtown Hartford that are 1/2 the cost. I highly encourage users to seek out those deals.

beautiful hotel
the marriott is beautiful. very comfortable, located in downtown hartford. only downfall is you have to pay $20.00 a day for parking. if i had known that in advance i would have stayed somewhere else. originally from ct and never stayed there before.
