Great hotel
I was very impressed with the Holiday Inn in Kirksville, MO. I am traveling there this weekend and they are booked and I am disappointed that I can not stay there again this time.

Review of hotel
The individual at the desk did not really know her business. She billed me for the room after showing her the confirmation from hotels.com showing where I had paid for the rooms. Now I must double check my cedit card statement to make sure that I was not billed again.

watch out for confusion over bill
When I checked in, the person at the desk realized that I had pre-paid. When I checked out, the person at the desk wanted me to pay again. Luckily, I had printed out my receipt from hotels.com. A very clean, comfortable place to stay otherwise.
