Fantastic hotel - but one main problem
This hotel was a real surprise. The room was large, clean and so well laid out. The facilities were fantastic down to the film choices on the TV. The staff were excellent and gave great service and the breakfast was a real surpise but very tasty! Only one major thing let this hotel down and would prevent me booking again - the bed was so hard we could not sleep and spent most of the night awake. This was a real pity as the whole concept of this hotel was a real change and excellent in all other ways but we could not recommend staying here.

Perfect base for exploring Nancy
Very clean and extremely spacious room...slightly quirky in design. Free internet, movies and TV which was great. Breakfast was excellent and service was fantastic. Parking easy too. Thoroughly recommend for value and quality....would def go back.

Excellent family hotel clean modern friendly
We stayed at this hotel for one night on route from UK to Switzerland and would definitely consider using a Suitehotel again for a longer city break. This hotel is an excellent hotel for families, with large spacious rooms and modern decor, free films, and good breakfast. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming.
