Not impressed, unfortunately!
The staff varied some were more helpful than others. The rooms were clean but fairly basic. No kettle and you had to pay to view the TV, very limited channels. The whole hotel was fairly tired and could really do with a bit of an upgrade. It is in a very quiet area and a better choice may be to select a resort nearer Los Cristianos or Playa de America. Had to pay for Tennis and Squash and there is really no mini-golf to talk of.Could not locate the indoor pool which is mentioned in the list of ammenities. Bus service between resorts is OK but tends to go into every neuk and crannie!! May go back to Tenerife but certainly not to this hotel.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Discovered Los Gigantes had a marina and sounded like a nice place to visit late on in the holiday so did not get there. There is a bus which takes you directly from the resort. Good luck!

Great location for beach and town
Large and older hotel but all the facilities and the location is excellent for the beach and only a stroll from the centre and its great restaurants. Good buffet breakfast and large indoor/outdoor bar. Views of mountains or sea both interesting.
