Good location...so so everywhere else
The central downtown location is convenient. It’s an older hotel that’s been remodeled. The age of the bluilding shows. The is no free/public parking nearby so be ready to pay $16 per night for parking. My room had a slow water leak either in the plumbing under the sink or the toilet which caused a small puddle of water in the bathroom floor each night. Valet service brought me the wrong car when I went to checkout.

Great weekend stay!!
The Doubletree in Downtown Richmond was a great place for a weekend getaway! Not only is it extremely close to everything, but it was ridiculously clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally courteous and quick to help with anything I needed. For the price and quality and area, I don’t know if I would have had a better stay elsewhere.
