Will never stay here again
Hotel indicated that the rooms were air-conditioned. The air outside was actually quite cooler than the room. Complained to front desk, and told them we wanted to be switched to another room where the air worked. They snapped that "This is your room", to which we countered, "Not if we leave and go to your competitors". After several hours, and a half-dozen trips down to the lobby to ask for status, they told us "The machine on the roof is running, you have air conditioning". Funny, however, even with the thermostat at the lowest setting, neither of our two rooms could be cooled lower than 85 degrees. We found that air-conditioning is something that Italian hotels like to skimp on, and that they simply cut off the compressor, leaving you with a vent that blows how air. I suppose this is to save them money. We ran into this at several hotels on our trip. This hotel was clean, breakfast was good, but parking was non-existant (ad claimed they had onsite parking but employees’ three cars took up all of it). Staff acted like arrogant morons. We would never stay here again.

Great location
Not far from the train station so getting to Sorrento center and Pompeii was easy. The pool was great to come back to after hot days out! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfasts were terrible - one morning the milk was sour! Also the air-con is not very cold even when on the coldest setting!
