poor management policy
it seems the management does not care about the customers. we have stayed 2 rooms for 4 nights, however, we could not get the late policy check out. Eventhough, we were asking only for 1 hour , thought granted, but , with much unnessary argumets with hotel manager. we will never stay there again.

Nice HK Hotel in Busy Tsim sha Tiu
Hotel was generally nice and comfortable; although room was a bit small. But it had great view of the the HK Harbour. I liked it because its located in an area where there is all day dining and reasonable priced shopping. For the price offered on expedia; it was a good buy.

Great room for the money
Quality of service and promptness was above anything I have ever experienced. View was magnificent to the bay, or what was left of it... New Hyatt building blocks 30% of it. With platinum room we got in-lounge check-in and all access to free evening snack with happy hour drinks and free breakfast for one. We had to pay for breakfast #2 which was a surprise but worth the 200HKD.
