Hi Tech
The hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful. However, the hotel was about 45 minutes from the downtown area using the Metro, and was pretty remote, although in a relatively safe area.

Noisey plumbing
Hi, I dont think I would stay again. Very early in the morning there was a very loud, metallic, dripping sound. I woke to hearing this racket which I can only assume was something to do with the plumbing. I also kept waking up thinking someone was trying to get in to my room, even though they have lights above the door that come on to show that you your key card is inserted into the light switch. It may have just been other guests opening and closing their doors but it was a bit disturbing. It may be a small thing but the walls were all scuffed up in my room. Would give a much better impression if the room was painted. I also thought this hotel was very expensive for the edge of Madrid location. Would rather stay in central Madrid and take the train out.

OK but way out in the suburbs
Not a bad hotel, but it is at least an hour on the metro outside the centre. Fine if you are on business nearby, but otherwise there is very little in terms of restaurants and things to do.
