Poor front desk
I stayed in the hotel on the night of 8/16. I requested the girl at the front desk that night to call a cab next morning. SHe made a note I asked if I need to remind in the AM. She said no. Next morning they had not called the cab. THe person that morning said that I had seen the note lying on the desk but I did not knew what to do with it. That was so unprofessional because the night person had made a clear note of rm no and the time when cab was supposed to be called. That was not only unprofessional but also very inresponsible as I got late for my interview that morning.
