Great simple hotel close to CBD
This hotel was clean, friendly and we had no problem. It is in need of a little updating in the public areas, but rooms were clean, comfortable and good. Only real issue was the noise from outside, not bad but would have done from double glassing. Also the suite we were in was on the top floor so we got some noise from the lifts. Would recommend this hotel
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
If there is more than one of you. Take a Cab rather than local airport train link. Cab is about $40

A great sized room
The Park Regis in Brisbane is a liitle walking distance from the centre, but is easily reached in 10-15 minutes.Limited car parking. However,the room itself was a welcome suprise as it was pretty large. Having stayed at the Sydney Park Regis, where the service was superb, but the room was one third of the size, it was great. For some reason the restaurant next door was not highlighted, but there are alternatives nearby. Good value for money
Try the Casino for dinner- stunning building, and affordable food.Top of the liveliest road in the city.
