Affordable Stay near Airport
Stayed at the hotel on business at the end of Oct 2009. Quick check in with clean, comfortable room with great TV, and fantastic bed/linen. Surrounding area very industrial but close to airport with good shuttle service. Only real problem was the loud slam of closing doors from neighbouring rooms. Need to fix that. Otherwise very pleased with stay and price. Thank you.

For a Hilton, I expected more...
I guess it was our fault for not checking into it further, but parking was $18 a night. WHEW! From what I gathered that was pretty standard practice, but we’ve done a lot of traveling and parking has always been gratis. The location was nice, not too far from the city, but far enough that the hustle and bustle was stifled a bit. Our room had a really nice view and was very comfortable and clean. We had a bit of a problem with the breakfast buffet. It was just ok...for the price, we expected a bit more and have had better buffets at Holiday Inns. Not only that but the server, who only brought us drinks, critized our generous 15% tip (for a buffet!) right in front of us. We brought this to the attention of the manager, who kinda brushed it off and offered no compensation. Disappointed, and we will most likely not be staying again when we visit SF.
