Great Hotel
Booked short notice for four day break, very pleased with hotel, staff helpful and infomative.Location is away from beach area, but bus stops outside hotel and runs every 15 minutes into beach and town centre. The pool area at the hotelwas really good with lots of sunbeds and a life guard on duty. The indoor pool was also good.We really enjoyed the food served in this hotel and choose to have lunch as part of our half board package to enable us to visit the town centre in the evenings and try some of the many tapas bars in the old town area. Would return to this hotel, out of season, Benidorm is great.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
At the "Mundamar" attraction, book before going if you want to go in the water with the dolphins.The cost also covers the entrance fee.

Lovely Hotel
Lovely hotel we had a very enjoyable and relaxing time.The room we had was very clean, roomy comfortable beds,adquate fridge mini bar and had a nice size balcony. My only critsisms was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room so if tour like us and need a cuppa take your own.Also the small charge for use of the room safe should come with the price, thought that was petty.The food was very good with plenty of choice and the pools and facilities were clean well maintained and very good. The staff in the restaurant and bar were also very good polite and helpful, unlike the reception staff who we both found to be not customer focused and not helpful. Having said all of that we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone and would ourselves go back.

good hardcore (relatively new) but badly maintained
The hotel is quite recent and I like the architecture of the building. Swimming pools are OK. Drinks are cheap. The cleanliness and the service is not that of a 4 star hotel level. No thorough cleaning and the buffet is horrible. Almost every day the same food and no quality ingredients. It could be a good hotel if it was better managed (more proactive staff and more client driven) because the building and amenities are great.
