No pool in Texas?
Temptures breaking the century mark and the pool is out of service? This is TEXAS - It gets hot! Why wasn’t that noted on the offering page? That pool hasn’t been used in several years from the looks of it. Had I known the pool wasn’t available I would have been in the B W up the street. Cont breakfast is a joke - unless you like one of the two cerals and the danish they put out.

okay for a short stay
The good- large clean room with microwave and fridge close proximity to Main Street. The bad - bathroom was not cleaned during my weekend stay. pool was closed.
Traveller's tip on nightlife
There is none in Salado. There is absolutely nothing open to get a bite to eat after 9 pm. Not even the grocery store.

Don’t stay here
This hotel was disgusting! the box springs were poking me in the back. Everything was dirty and it’s way overpriced. I would not recommend this to anyone. Salado has many bed and breakfasts that are a better use of your money.
