Lovely Hotel
I was in Totonto for a Surprise Birthday for my husband we stayed at the hotel for 5 night, the room was just as I expected. Lovely, spacious and had all the mod con’s. I would recommend the hotel to anyone on a city break the location of the hotel is perfect for seeing the city.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Book your bus tours on line in advance and shop around we got a great deal on bus ticket for 7 days and saved a lot of money.

A great welcome
We were delighted that, arriving at One King West suites, it seemed that they were expecting us, from the warmth of their welcome. The room not only had a magnificent view, but also a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and winerack! Definitely a home away from home.

Nice Hotel, good area, but service a little poor.
We had a one nighter in Toronto after travelling across Canada on a train. After the journey we just wanted to crash in the hotel. Check-in took a little longer than required and I also needed photo ID with my Address on, passport would not do. Luckily I had my UK driving licence at the bottom of my travel bag. Prior to racking the contents of the bag onto the floor of reception I expalined I did not think I had photo ID and was told ’I am sorry, but no ID no room’. Once the check-in was completed the rest of the stay was great, clean room, comfortable bed and the hotel is not in a bad area for CN Tower and places to eat and drink. Checking out not an issue and a taxi was arranged no problems. Photo ID may be a province requirement I am not sure, but I surely international passports are acceptable???
