Take a GPS and hope you do not need extras!
We stayed at this hotel because it was very close to the hospital my daughter was having surgery at. Each bed only had one pillow. Upon calling the front desk, she couldn’t find any pillows for us. I had inadvertently left my bath bag at home leaving us without shampoo etc. I went to the front desk to either buy some from them or get directions to a store. She said the "hotel is out of everything right now." and "don’t ask me for directions. I have no clue." She introduced herself as an assistant-manager and she had the worst customer service/people skills ever. Both times I went to the front desk, she was outside smoking. When I went to the soda machine (which is very expensive for a can of soda and everything but one type was sold out) she was out smoking again...all within an hour. So, bring extra pillows, don’t forget your toiletries, make sure you have a GPS to find the hotel then to use to get you anywhere, oh....and bring towels too. Yep - they were out of those too.

What a Stay !!!!!!!
This hotel blew me away as soon as my family and set our food to their door step. courteous personel ,speed check in, great housekeeping you name it they have it.
