Needs Improvement
Great mountain view and close to the beach and restaurants, but the odor in the bathroom, the doors that needed repair and the inconsistent maid service made the place undesirable overall

Great
I went with my husband and 3 teenage kids at October half term. We had an apt opposite the pool which was great. My only worry would be if i had been put in an apt near The Cave bar/entertainment area, the sound system was turned up so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think so i would imagine you wouldn’t be able to sleep! We didn’t like the evening entertainment but that’s a personal thing. The pools were clean and all well maintained and the staff all helpful. Thje little supermarket next door was fine if you needed bits and bobs. We played table tennis, air hockey and crazy golf. They had just opened the outdoor heated pool with fancy fountains which was fab. Beware the sun lounge hoggers also!!! Enjoy.
The big attractions were all very expensive so don’t promise the excursions until you find out the prices. We had to choose between Aqualand and Loro Parque. We went for Aqualand which gave us a great day out and a lovely dolphin show.

Would recommend
Wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. Room basic but beds comfy enough and everything clean. Pool superb. Staff very helpful and friendly.
