Super8at LAX
Very convenient to LAX without the big price tag. Shuttle responsive to pickup at LAX and return trip available on half hour interval Greek restaurant almost attached it was that close.

Great Motel near LAX
It was a surprise motel near LAX. provides everything from local calls, free high speed wireless internet, free shuttle to airport and lot of free delivery dinnng options. It was amazingly closed to the Rental Car companies that we returned our car and took the hotel shuttle to airport to save time during flight check in. A true value for money

Pleasant surprise.
This is the reason I like to use Hotels.com. If I had been just cruising the airport area looking for lodging I would not have considered stopping at this Super 8. But I trusted the reviews I read here and went in. Surprise! The place has clearly had extensive renovations, inside and out. The furnishings in our room were quite new, including the carpets and drapes. The bathroom had all new fixtures, tile walls and solid man-made granite countertops. The lobby also has been done over with solid and attractive counters, table and chairs, all designed for convenience in using the basic but generous breakfast. It is located very close to the airport in the heart of the rental car district so the area has a definite commercial look but it is certainly convenient for travelers. Planes approaching LAX for landing are quite low and noisy if you stand outside but they were certainly not a factor as we watched tv or slept. A feature of this place that should not be missed is the attached Greek restaurant. It is one of those authentic ethnic restaurants that always seem to enjoy long-term local patronage. If your schedule permits it and you like Mediterranean food I certainly recommend it. So I have to thank Hotels.com for this one.
