sheraton gateway close to LAX
The hotel is very close to LAX, the free shuttle service runs every 15 minutes which is great, the room was good, the fitness center was terrific, no noise from the planes, I had a 6pm check out which I paid an extra $50.00 for.When I went to lunch and came back to my room -they locked me out and security had to escort me to my room and security asked what was in my room, I felt very VIOLATED!!!! and all they can say is "We didn’t know how this happen"

Not IN the airport
I was led to believe the hotel was IN the airport, it’s not, you need to take a shuttle bus staff not friendly, I had to check out and the line was so long I just left and jumped on the shuttle bus staff unfriendly and didn’t even manage a smile. room was ok, but nothing special. next time I will use a budget hotel if this is the best they can do.
