Hotel wouldn’t honor no-smoking reservation
I had a reservation for two non-smoking rooms. When I arrived, the hotel denied that I had reserved non-smoking rooms (this was clearly stated on my hotels.com reservation) and then only gave me one non-smoking room. I won’t go back.
