Pity about the beds
The staff and services were great but the stay was spoilt by uncomfortable beds. Also the charge for internet use was very high considering a lot of places now provide free WiFi.
The included breakfast is excellent and sets you up for the day.

Overall a nice hotel
Overall an enjoyable stay. The staff were welcoming and approachable. It did not stand out as I would have expected a Hilton however we were happy with all the aspects of the hotel. Located quite a distance from the centre of Milton Keynes meant quite a bit of daily traveling to and fro.
Definately seek out all the extreme sports available in Milton Keynes, although it is well known for the shopping centres we descovered little else there.

OK but some issues and not up to Hilton expectation
The toilet didn’t flush properly and then we couldn’t get the bath outlet open. Neither could the first staff member to come, and the second struggled with it. Don’t open the water bottle or they’ll charge you four quid. At breakfast staff were polite and helpful, but there were not enough of them so service was slow and they were clearly under pressure.
