Almost Perfect
Everyone at this hotel was great and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast that was included with the room was good, plentiful and well presented. The hotel is a short walk from the Central station if you don’t take a wrong turn. Coming down from the train platform don’t go to the exit that is marked Centrum- go the other way. There are only 2 ways to go. Once out on the street, veer to the right and follow the street Proveniersplein just keep on it until you reach Schiekade and cross the street make a left. Alternatively, you can, from the main station cross over Proveniersplein to Provenierssingel. It’s a small street that runs along a canal and is a pretty walk.

Staff always helpful
On first sighting the hotel was not particularly impressive, but on entering the building, it was first class. Staff excellent. Always willing to help and provide advice, etc. apart from being able to open the safe in my room!!!! Room v. pleasant. Bar would have been better had they not run out of draught beer.
Traveller's tip
The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk from activity....but on a sunny day this was no problem. Relatively near railway station. Would have preferred to be nearer the river.

Great Hotel
The location of this hotel was great. It is only a 15 minute to central station. There is even a tram stop right across from the entrance of hotel. The room was big. Having booked a triple, we expected a cramped space. We were very pleasantly surprised to see 3 twin beds with lots of space in between the beds. Quiet location, near transportation and good service.
