pleasantly surprised
convenient location, very helpful and pleasant staff, parking on site a real bonus and easily accessible from the Mersey tunnel.

Very friendly service in a simple hotel by the Docks
Enjoyed the visit here. The staff were very friendly and made the visit enjoyable. The dog had a little run about in the car park and was fine in the hotel, though was confined to the room or the car, though she did come onto the terrace. Breakfast was good value and I would recommend staying here again.

Cheap and Cheerful
The Hotel is ideally located for visiting the Echo arena, the Albert docks and for those who have come to shop. Staff were very helpful and the rooms are clean. restaurant has a limited menu but fine as a one off. Although the hotel is on a main road it was not noisy and it felt secure. You should aware there is no lift at this hotel but overall it felt a safe place to stay.
Port Sunlight , The Queensway Tunnel Tour, Liverpool one for shopping and Georges Hall are all well worth the effort
