I’ll use it again when in London
I liked the easy booking and not high price for London. It was close to the airport, but needed bus transport. I enjoyed kind service. Only problem that while booking I did not find possibility to book non-smoking room. I enjoyed very economical and interesting use of space in the room.

Shuttle Bus Not On Time – Delayed 30 Mins
Exactly what you would expect and service not too bad either. Unfortunately the shuttle bus service (not Holiday Inn’s bus – third party company) was late 30 minutes. We got to the airport on time eventually, but I would advise to take this into consideration when planning your trip. The worst thing was that the hotel supervisor couldn’t contact the bus driver, not even the bus company office. We have been told that there were no cabs at the airport at the time and we can’t walk to the terminal building.
