Would go again
Very pleased having just returned from skiing trip, everything great apart from, Saturday checkin took an hour of pushing and shoving & was a nightmare * tip * check in as early as poss, even before it is ready. Our room was on floor +4 which meant we had a naff boot room at the back of the hotel * tip * ask for a room on a - floor instead of + (reception is on floor 0) & then the boot room is great for ski out & almost ski in. Best hotel location ever. Best resort ever. Perfect holiday

it was a good location close to amazing ski runs we enjoyed our holiday and look forward to going again

ideal for skiing on a budget
The hotel and room were adequate for a skiing hoilday and all my family were satisfied with the location and cleanliness of our accomodation. However what could have been improved upon was the checking in! It took one and half hours to check in and that was from 5pm in the evevning. There was not enough reception staff and people were kept hours waiting to get into their rooms, it was chaos!
