Basic two star budget hotel in good location
I booked the Studio option but still must admit the room was very spartan. I missed not having a TV, A/C or comfy carpeting to stroll on. There was no patio per se to the room, only a shared entrance walkway, and no sea views to be had anywhere in the hotel. The toilet and shower facilites were very basic. The room did have a little fridge and self-catering gear so the kitchen would not dissapoint I believe. Although near the beach the steps required to get there will ensure you wont be running back and forth from your beach towel to your room often. All in all I would still recommend the hotel if price is your concern. The location is indeed very good as near to all shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs running along Bld 20 Aout.

what you pay is what you get
The hotel and room was in good condition. The location was great-near the beach !!!!!!.
make sure you haggle with everyone because they have a moroccan price and a tourist one. Dont accept a helping hand form anyone unless your prepared to pay the person.In this country nothing is for free.

Not impressed
The pool was tiny and there was garbage surrounding it like cigarette butts. There was neither TV nor air conditioning in the rooms, and, every time one took a shower, one would flood the room. The hotel needs a SERIOUS renovation because it looks left over from the 50’s. It is on the second rung of Agadir hotels i.e. not very close to the beach.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
Don’t bother renting a car in Agadir, since there is not much to do there, unless you want to make a day trip to Marrakech (4 hours each way) where there IS a lot to do. However, the road is treacherous, and make sure you leave early so as to make it home before the sun goes down as there are no lights on the road. Watch your speed, especially around the city of Chichaoua!
