Enjoyable stay

Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. The spa / pool was too small for the number of units at the site. It was overcrowded and their steam room was not working.

Great location, beautiful scenery, love it

The hotel is off the main Tremblant slope, quiet but but couple of pubs nearby. We got a room overlook the lake. Fished in the lake, the trout is not big, but you can catch them in dozens. brought back in and cook it. It makes delicious soup or meal. Waterslide provided hours of fun for my son and myself as well. Mount Tremblant ski resort is 10 minutes car ride. Lots of activities for kids even though it’s on the expensive side. We had the option to stay at Fairmont or here, we opted here and I am glade we did.

Fish in the lake and also there is a ice cream shop by the lake, delicious ice cream.

Can’t wait to go back. Very good for families with kids.

Can’t wait to go back. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The two bedroom suite was specious, the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for eating in. The location is convenient. Will recommend for adults and families with kids.

Ski weekend

The Condo’s are beautiful with the fireplace and great views of the ski area. The Jacuzzi was wonderful after a day of skiing. Don’t stay here if you are expecting people to be falling over you to provide extra services. But for a quiet weekend it can not be beat. Only odd thing we found was that you got one fire log per stay (this was the case for the price we were paying) Any added logs were $5.00 extra. a log normally lasts 3 hours.

Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks

Bring extra logs with you. Definately buy food in St jovite and cook in your room. Great money saver/convenience. Also for a nice meal with less expense stop skiing early and have dinner @ 3 pm at the village to take advantage of the lunch specials.

Wonderful Place To Stay

We are a family of three, with a twelve year old child. Our accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The rooms clean and moderately decorated. The view from our balcony was breath taking and made us want to go to the ski slopes.

needs updating

The resort is very nice with plenty of things to do for families. The chalets themselves are tired, They need a makeover. The patio was dark and never got the sun as the balconies above covered it over. Also when it rained the water would drip from all the balconies above so the patio took a long time to dry. The bed was uncomfortable as the mattress wasn’t great quality. Its fine but I would only go again if I got a very good deal.

Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Ask for a top story chalet. There are a few supermarkets about 5 miles away on the road to Montreal these are much better value than the ones in Mont Tremblant

Beautiful mountains, lousy room location

The hotel is situated in the mountains, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. Unfortunately, our room was located on the lowest level (had to walk down the stairs to get to it), and offered a view of overgrown grass and weeds. It was also facing the north side, providing no sun light and making the appartment feel very dark and dreary.

not really a hotel

This was not really a hotel as such. It was an excellent self catering facility more a collection of self catering units. Not really what was expected but ideal nevertheless. Our unit was quiet with a good view of the hills. The swimming pool was clean and supervised. We did not use the restaurant at all. Staff were happy to cope with French or English. Compared to self catering ski holidays in France this was very high class but very reasonably priced. Only down side was it was 15 minutes from centre by car but there is a day time shuttle.

The luge was good fun, get a multi journey ticket which you can share

Great vacation base!

I read reviews about the hotel and decided to go for it. We traveled with 2 teens. We arrived late evening and as requested, the room was ready for us. Warm, clean and well equiped. Overall, it matched our expectations and much more! We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe wich had a Den, with a sofa (opened double bed), great for a cozy private bedroom for each of the teens. Having the kitchen and dining area was great. The outside hot tub was sooooooooooooo much fun! We had snow days and worried the road would be closed or dangerous, but it was always taken care of. The shuttle is punctual and ready to come to our door when we asked trough fornt desk. I could go on and on telling how great it is... Don’t hesitate - Great value for your money. The only dissapointment we had was when we asked to stay an extra night, the price was much much more than the one we got through Expedia.

If you are arriving late afternoon/evening you better bring whatever you need for Dinner and Breakfast. Either bring from home (if you are driving all the way like we did) or buy on your way before getting there. There are 3 big Supermarkets (Super C, Iga and Maxi) just a few miles south of Exit 119. There is no mini market on site and although it is not far after reaching your lovely room you probably won’t like to leave...

Nice but...

The condo was very clean and well-equipped. However, it was lacking in information. There were no guidelines on what was expected upon checkout. Being that the condos had full kitchens and washers and dryers, we were not sure what we had to do and had to call the main desk for information. The other thing that visitors should be made aware of is the fact that the resort is located on a very steep hill. During our winter visit, we and many other guests were unable to drive up the hill with non-all wheel drive vehicles. We had to park our cars with the risk of being towed in nearby parking lots and walk up the hill. They really need to stress that fact that visitors really need all-wheel drive vehicles during the winter months to ensure they are able to safely return to their condos.

Nice Hotel

Rented 2 BR. Very nice large suite with fireplace. Had only 1 bathroom and BRs were small.Overall impressed by room and space. No room service but has a full kitchen. And must be careful driving in area, hotel is on steep hill and when snowing or icy it is very difficult to get up hill. SUV required. Hotel is 10 minutes from Tremblant and they have a shuttle that takes you there eery 30 minutes.
