Good Place For Young Travelers without Families
Fantastic Location!! Near Everything. Rooms were nice but lacked A/C which is needed for July/August. Dark, unlit entrance which seemed unsafe at night. A lot of stairs (no elevator) up to hotel office (not mentioned) which was a strain on my mother. This a very good place for young travelers without children or elderly parents.

Good location
The location of Hotel Melantrich was great - just a short walk to Old Town Square. The room was clean, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, no hairdryer! and you had to pay for a tea/coffee set for your room if you wanted it. If you want a basic hotel, then this is OK but personally, I would not return.

Excellent location
Excellent location, near main underground and all the main central attractions. Room was very clean, seems to have been recently refurbished - new carpets throughout. Staff at reception were very helpful
