One of Chicago Best, but I wouldn’t overpay

It’s been a while since I’ve been here. I’ve always liked the off-Michigan Ave location which is situated nicely between the shops of N. Michigan Ave, the arts & entertainment of S. Michigan Ave. The lakefront, a movie theater and grocery stores are also a 5-10 min walk. The hotel’s lobby and conference facilities are top notch. However, the rooms felt cramped with low ceilings, and the lighting was surprisingly minimal. The bathroom had great fixtures, but they are showing their age. I was also unhappy about paying $50 for in-and-out parking or $35 for valet, but that’s life in the big city. Net-net, I would return but only for the right price!

Great Experience!

This was our first visit to Chicago, hotel was very clean and updated. Tip-GPS does not work once you get downtown, so be sure to print out a map of city first! Parking at NBC Tower was perfect (kiddy corner from hotel) and costs less than hotel parking. Hotel stay was more than expected...kuddos Sheraton!

Great stay!

This hotel was very nice. The only compliant was housekeeping did not replenish my coffee and toiletries everyday as I used them.
