Front desk staff should get their money back from charm school
Hotel is brilliantly located, as close as you need to be to the Centre without the noise or distractions. Facilities are great but the 2 front desk people we met were both distant and unwelcoming. That said, we found out everything we needed, but it was delivered to us with such little grace it felt like we were inconveniencing them.
Traveller's tip for business travellers
Hotel is easy to access, even though central Turin is being completely revamped. Good standard accommodation and meeting facilities.
