Fabulous!

We stayed during Labor Day weekend. Close to the battlefields of Antietam, my husband and I chose this venue, and we were not disappointed. Located in a mall area, there are plenty of dining options steps from the hotel. The pool, hot tub and fitness room were in excellent condition. Rooms were great, staff was great, and continental breakfast was plentiful, healthy and well, great! I would, without hesitation, recommend this hotel.

Very nice stay

Very clean and safe rooms. Fantastic breakfast buffet that the family enjoyed! Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Good Value

The hotel was well furnished and spacious. Air conditioning worked well and the continental breakfast was beter than expected.

Great Value

Hotel facility was very nice, well maintained. Rooms were very clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable. Breakfast provided was very good, insofar as free breakfasts go - scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, etc. When we arrived at near midnight, tired from driving that evening after work, the hotel had our prepaid hotels.com reservation waiting with room already assigned, card keys already activated, etc., making check-in about a 30 second process, which at near midnight was welcome. Would definitely recommend the property.

Outstanding Hotel

I personally don’t like staying in hotels, but I would not hesitate to stay here again. From the welcoming lobby, cookies at check in and cleanliness and comfort of the room, my next overnight in Hagerstown will certainly be here.

DIsgusting hotel with rude staff!! Front desk needs new managment!

Rude staff, dirty rooms,,, air conditioning broken, heat stuck on in July.... found a rotten bannana in my microwave uck

Stains Galore, Not Kid friendly! Staff rude!

tried to blame my kid for stained chair.... we talked to other guests that said their chairs were all stained. Threatened to call police if we didnt pay for chair and evict us with no refund.... they had been rude to us earlier because my kids were being noisy ( early afternoon).... not a place for kids.... kids being kids are ostrisized and the front desk had my son worried we were gettin in trouble with the cops for pool water in hall.... no towels at pool so little choice but to drip

Great Place to Stay

This was a very positive experience. the motel was new, clean, nicely appointed and the breakfast bar was outstanding. It even featured sugar free items and other healthy choices. We were very impressed. We used their computers to find another destination close by. They even had free cookies that were freshly baked at the desk. Only downside was that it was further from Gettysburgh than was advertised. Other than that, we would highly recommend it. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent Room - Great Rate!

Everything about our stay for our vacation was terrific. The service staff was outstanding and the breakfast was a great surprise. They actually had a great spread of items to choose from and the hot items (eggs, home fried potatoes, bacon)were very good. They changed up the main dish every morning so we weren’t eating the same thing everyday. There were plenty of restaurants in the area and the movie theater at the mall was practically right outside the door of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and they accomodated our requests for a few extras like additional pillows and such. The bathroom looked brand new and was spotlessly clean. We liked the microwave and mini fridge in the room too. We didn’t use the exercise room or pool, but they looked great. The only thing that they didn’t have was an extensive array of TV channels. They basically had the typical cable stations and HBO. No pay per view channels of latest movies or a whole lot of extended channels. Baltimore and Gettysburg were easy drives from the hotel. Overall it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back again!

Great room for the money

The hotel was great for the money. The hot breakfast was awesome, so was the staff. The room had a smelley odor when you walked in, but the appearance was very clean.

Great shopping location

The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was fantastic, did I mention FREE? Not just a continental but full omelettes and a waffle maker. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Not an overly fancy hotel but perfect for family reunions or groups that have transportation to get around.

A Quiet Stop on the way to DC

This was a nice place to stay on the way to our event in DC. We’ve always had good experiences with Country Inn and Suites. The breakfast here was very good with a large variety of hot and cold items. It is located next to a Mall so it was more quiet than the usual near-the-highway location.

First Stay

This was our first stay at a Country Inn Suites. We were pleasantly surprised. Not only was our individual service great we were there for a group gathering and everything was flawless. Thank you.

Better than expected

I did a lot of online shopping, and got a great rate for this hotel. I thought you only get what you pay for, but we were pleasantly surprised. This hotel beat most of the other chains in the area on price, and the room, service and amenities were first-rate. In fact, I reserved a room for our return trip, and we stayed there on the way home. Recommended!

Surprisingly Wonderful

When booking a room online it makes me nervous what we will arrive too! However, this hotel was amazing. I can’t say enough good things. The staff was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was awesome for a hotel.I could write on and on but I would recommend this hotel.

Nice place to stay

The hotel was a little hard to locate, however it is in a good location. Its within walking distance of a few restaurants and a mall. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is a plus, as well as a clean pool and jacuzzi.
