Don’t know why I’m telling you this
....I don’t want the hotel to become too popular! This was our 8th stay at the hotel .Regularly visit as we have family in the area. The hotel is modern clean friendly with a very good breakfast buffet. Rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage . It is a 10 minute walk from the Airport and Gibraltar border. So, no point in taking a taxi ; just make sure your luggage has wheels ! A visitor will notice the thorough cleaning regime. You see people cleaning at about 7am and they are still working into the evening. If I had one small criticism , it is that the reception can be understaffed at peak times ( early morning and early evening ) which is when most people are checking out or flights are arriving at the airport
Try to get a room on the Gibraltar side of the building ; so much to see from the balcony ( boats planes, Rock etc.)

Good rooms - variable service
Room very spacious, cool and comfortable - the only downside is that you have to pay for tea, coffe and using the safe, which in a hotel of this calibre I would expect it free. Nice toiletry items in bathroom and good selection of international TV channels. Very convenient to go to beach and walk over to Gibraltar. Reception friendly and efficient, however... the breakfast restaurant staff is a disaster. The buffet is an acceptable continental one, but the staff is pushy, rude and impolite, not even answering when you tell them hello. Bad bad bad service - the best thing to do is enjoy your food and ignore the service, since they will be doing their best to ignore you! So all in all a very nice hotel with lovely chambermaids, reception and efficient maintenance - just the breakfast waiters are the worsk I’ve ever seen.

Easy to find if you are taking the bus into La Linea, it is right in front of the bus station. Restaurants and Gibraltar border 10 minutes away walking.
