Holiday in Antigua
The accommodation was great, except for the insect bites when we ventured outside in the evening!!
Traveller's tip
We went in September and a lot of places are shut, their season runs from November to May, when the cruise ships visit!! Of course we were not told this when we booked.

Nice Cottages! Great Pool!
I would recommend Dickenson Bay Cottages for the traveler who is looking more for an apartment/condo type stay. The Staff is very nice & most helpful. There was a lady who appeared to be a manager or owner, she was rude to guests and staff. The cottages are very quiet,quaint, nice fully equipped kitchens, and you have use of the Gas Grill by the pool when ever you need it. The Living Room" Furniture is getting a bit worn but still Ok. All cottages have Air Conditioned (very important) and the small pool is wonderful! Nice little covered porches outside each cottage with a table and chairs. Very well taken care of grounds. You must tell the housekeeping staff to stop in your room every day or they won’t. The sofa bed in our cottage didn’t work, so if you are counting on using this for additional sleep space make sure you tell them you need one that works. Internet service is ONLY available in the office, 60 minutes for about $11 (US). Very Little Parking!! you must park on the road in front of the complex and it is not easy! Not to mention the driving here is dangerous at best! The beach is a good five minute walk down hill and through a alley/parking lot & then back up hill is a work out. The cottage complex has a small ocean view but it is very nice. Not a place for Beach Night life party people. No Restaurant. this is a Lovely, Peaceful place and We Will stay there again....
