Not at all satistied
The hotel should be rated two stars instead of three. Poor quality matress (I could feel the springs), small room, poor location. I should have followed the advice from the other people that rated this hotel and stayed away from it.

Really awful for the price
Room was tiny even by European standards, beds were lumpy, pillows were awful - I still have a back ache from sleeping there 3 days later. Only saving grace was the breakfast included.

Needs Improvement
I stayed at this hotel in hopes the accommodations would meet the expectations of a previous visit. The room was dirty with stained sheets, missing light bulbs in the lamps and holes in the bathroom door. I was surprised the cost for the room went up considering the facilities went down. I was able to request a different room. Unfortunately, this was after debating my reservation with not one but two managers. Aside from the hearty complimentary breakfast, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. I normally don’t complain but it is just not worth the money.
