A Unique Experience
Lovely Colonial Guest House with character yet modern facilities. Set in a large garden with lovely pool and lots of places to sit and enjoy. Wonderful change to the usual corporate offering but then it only has three guest rooms. Very comfy bed and civilised breakfast in a period dining room. Lorraine and Bob could not have made us more welcome. An ideal base for visiting our familt on Long Island. Hopefully we shall return soon.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Central with good access to the rest of Long Island. Well served by restaurants and shops within a few minutes drive. Ice Cream parlour is five miniute walk and beach 15 minutes. Port Jefferson is worth a visit. Lorraine provided excellent directions wherever you wanted to go.

Historic inn in historic town
Beautifully restored 300 yr old home. Immaculately clean, beautiful grounds, swimming pool and fish pond. Innkeepers were very gracious and friendly. Breakfast served in lovely dining room. I would return for another visit.

A true Gem!
A true Gem!- Quaint gorgeous bed and breakfast. Lots of interesting history. House was built in 1700’s and a lot of original items are still present. Yummy breakfast, super nice owners, friendly and helpful couple. Went for a family wedding, going back soon for vacation! The Miller Place Bed and Breakfast made our weekend one to remember! A+++
