DFW Grand Hyatt
We had driven 1200 miles in two days from Bradenton, FL to Ft. Worth in a 10-foot rental truck and were flying back to Florida the next morning. The convenience and comfort of the hotel sent us home refreshed and feeling great. Wish we had been able to spend more time there and we would certainly stay again.

Best Airport Hotel
The Grand Hyatt is by far the best airport hotel that I have stayed at, or visited. It is also as a hotel, one of the best I have stayed at anywhere. The restaurant is outstanding, the sea bass was one of the better meals I have had anywhere. The lounge is very spacious and well laid out for TV viewing or visiting. The only limitation is it’s location and for my recent visit with a late night arrival on Day 1 and business on Day 2 with an early Day 3 departure, the location was perfect.

Decent Place to overnight at DFW
This hotel is attached to the airport terminal which eliminates the need for shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel was very comfortable and responsive to issues. The TV in our room died about 30 minutes after we checked in. I called the concierge’s desk and within about the hour the TV had been replaced with a working unit by two extremely courteous maintenance employees. My only concern would be dining options as outlined further in the tip section.
Traveller's tip on dining
The hotel’s location outside the secure area of the airport terminal means you eat at the hotel unless you pay for transportion elsewhere. We had both a lunch and dinner at the hotel. Both were extremely expensive for the quality of food presented. We would have been better off to either bring something to eat with us or spend the money to travel to a retail area for dining. The decor of the dining room is wonderful, too bad the food doesn’t live up to the visual experience.
