Excellent location and superb hotel staff

We chose this hotel for its convenient location. Besides its excellent location we had chance to meet its staff with very high standard of performence. Very fast, efficient and above all very caring and understanding. Very helpful with tips on tour of London. Breakfast was the best for taste and freshness.

This hotel is at 5 minutes walk distance from nearest tube-station of West Kensington. Rather buy a day ticket which will cover your whole central London and is cheaper. Travel to Victoria tube to buy one day-Hop on & Hop off Bus Tour which will include a free River Thames Cruise. Buy London Eye and Madam Tussade’s as combo. Keep a whole separate day for Science Museum and or Museum of Natural History. Dont forget Buckingham Palace and Harrod’s while bus touring.

Good base for bed and breakfast overnight stay

This hotel is not too far from the major sights of london (about 5 tube stops each time) and is only a 5 min walk from the tube station. There are restaurants lining the walk from the hotel to fulham broadway so it didn’t really matter that there were no evening meals in the hotel. We booked a room for 4 - two adults and two children - to save money. There was a double bed and a sofabed, a small hanging space for clothes, tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdrier and a TV. Even though the sofabed took up more space than usual in the room, it was still ok for an overnight stay. The shower room was also good - clean and a decent shower! The room would have been ideal for 2 people and wasn’t too bad for 4. We had a great time and would go again.

Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks

Booking one room for a family of four instead of 2 adjoining rooms saved us quite a bit of money. We really didn’t mind being a bit short of space - we could always put the sofabed away if we’d wanted to.
