Good Business Hotel
This hotel is excellent for the business traveler. It is within walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, etc... The service was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

W is fantastic
The room was extremely nice - but clearly the highlight of this place is the roof top bar - what a view. Highly recommend - one of the nicest W’s i have visited.

Overpriced and Overrated
The "cozy" classification is exactly that - not much room to even walk around the queen size bed, although the design was clever to maximize the available space for the bathroom/shower. The closet was located in the bathroom and not deep enough to really hang clothes up. Front desk service was inordinately slow as I waited to check out behind a couple of folks seeking to check in before rooms were available. Hallway noise woke me up at 1 am a couple chatted and laughed while they searched for their key for about 5 minutes. There was no insulation around the doors to prevent the noise from coming through loud and clear.

could be better
This hotel is in a great location. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was small but very clean and inviting. If you are a modest person, then the bathroom door not closing could be an issue for you. We also had an issue with noise. We were told it was from the roof club, but it was ridiculously loud. We called the front desk and they did have the music turned down enough to where we could hear our own television. I will probably not stay here again because of it.

Not up to the hype
This hotel has too high an opinion of itself! Please - velvet ropes in the lobby to get to the elevators? A waiting line to go up to the bar? OK - the trendy local set might go for that. But for guests - room was closet size, with windows looking on to a brick wall! On the plus, bath was huge and great shower. But lighting was awful in room and bathroom.

Incredible !!!! but...............
They just opened one of the most "famous" lounge-bar . The entrace and lobby is very small at front of the elevators.At night is so crowded, everybody wants to go to the Terrace Lounge but the "ladies" controling the elevators to control who can enter or not to the bar are very rude and nasty, example they are two chinesse ladies in charge of that, my daugther and me come back one nite very sport and very tired after a whole day of walking from and to every monument or museum and when they seen us bewtwen all this well dressed people almost pull me out of the hotel....AND WE WERE AT ROOM 751 PAYING THE EXPENSIVE RATE FOR A GOOD HOTEL. Otherwise very good customer service at all time. What a shame this two ladies!!!!!! the managment should be training them at the same level that the rest of the staff or keep the eyes on them Very good location, maybe the best.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
dinner around extremely expensive, but if you walk few blocks around, you can find a variety of places with fair prices.
