nice place to stay
i enjoyed staying here. it is true that the bathroom walls are glass and see through. it was a nice location and i had no problems with getting around via subway. i also enjoyed the park conveniently located across the bridge just a few meters from the residence. i was also able to borrow some adapters for my laptop since i forgot to bring some myself. overall i enjoyed my week long stay here.
if you take the subway the stop closest to the residence is yangpyeong station on line 5. this is the easiest landmark to tell a taxi driver. if you take the bus then get off at the yeongdungpo market stop and get a taxi.

Great deal!!!
For the price I paid I was quite happy with the hotel. The room was somewhat spartan; a double and a single bed, a kitchenette with microwave and stove and a small TV. Nonetheless it was very bright and clean. The front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. I spent two nights there and they helped me booking a cab to the airport, finding the subway station and changing the Korean keyboards on their computers. The location is not necessarily central but it is about two or three blocks from a subway station on the line 5; within 25 minutes I was in downtown Seoul. The neighborhood is not touristy at all; its feels like a suburb, not a lot to see but you will have the opportunity to see Koreans going about their daily business, which I found quite interesting. Anyway, if youre looking for a luxurious hotel with tons of tourist attractions nearby, this is not the place for you. But if youre looking for a reasonably priced, spacious and clean room, I recommend the Oh-Mok Gyo Co-Op Residence.

Close to Gimpo Airport
We stayed in this hotel because of its proximity to Gimpo Airport (both are on line 5 of the subway). If you are interested in tourist sites of Seoul, you should book a hotel closer to the city center. The hotel is old but clean, with a 24 hour minimart in the basement. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff is conversant with English.
