good hotel
just came back from Riga. Albert Hotel is a very good hotel regarding location(only 15 minutes walk to old town) and breakfast(good choice inc english breakfast). I would recommend to upgrade your room because the standard room is very small and there is no wardrobe.

Double Coffee chain is very good, nice menu in english and the dishes are tasty and well presented. Just tern left from your hotel and you will find one.

Hotel is nicely located, service is friendly, view from terrace bar on 11 floor over the city is the best.

Ask the room on the reverse side of the building, street view rooms might be noisy in early morning.
